Clare Park’s fifteen bungalows are situated within easy
walking distance of the Georgian house providing residents
with that extra element of independence. However they
have the option, if they wish, to sit down with friends once
a day for a meal in the dining room of the main building.
The majority of the bungalows have two bedrooms.
All have a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. Doors
lead onto individual patios with a small garden plot to tend,
although a gardener is on hand if required.
Residents are free to follow an independent lifestyle and
enjoy the splendid settings of Clare Park secure in the knowledge that help is on hand if required.
