Clare Park is a community for active retired people, set in the countryside on the Surrey / Hampshire border close to the ancient village of Crondall and the historic market town of Farnham.

At the heart of this unique retirement community is a listed Georgian mansion, set in attractive, peaceful grounds amidst rolling fields and woodland. The house retains some of its original features and residents can take a stroll on well-cut paths, pausing to enjoy the view from the strategically-located seats.

Our established staff provide 24-hour support. Most live locally and a number have been with us for 15 years or more. They are an integral part of the Clare Park retirement community and enjoy an excellent relationship with our residents.
